The goal of our onboarding process is to customize the account to your needs and integrate Prescreen into your everyday life as a recruiter in the best possible way. We support you with this article in successfully preparing for your go-live.

1. The onboarding process at a glance
To get you started, we have compiled an overview of the single steps up to a successfull go-live.
For the duration of the implementation, we will provide you with a Customer Consultant, who will serve as your personal contact1.

To successfully implement each step, please allow enough time until go-live.
2. Your way from the demo till go-live
You can access your account any time at meinaccount.prescreenapp.io and start your preparations already. At the start of the contract, your test account will be converted according to the booked range of functions. All settings made up to that point will — of course — be retained.
2.2 Initial contact with your Customer Consultant
You will receive the following information by email from your personal consultant soon after signing the contract:
- Overview first steps and to-dos including accompanying material
- Information about your account
- Proposed date for the kick-off call
- Presentation of the homepage integration possibilities
- Job Ad Designer manual for the creation of your job ads
2.3 Kick-off meeting
During this meeting we will plan your project together and clarify all open points. Main topics:
- Contact persons & responsiblities
- Project flow
- Career page integrations & ad design
- Settings (basic & advanced, professional features2)
- Clarification of any additional topics and questions
2.3.1 Set-up of the system
In this phase, you customize Prescreen to meet the needs of your business. Your future system administrators will learn the necessary information to configure Prescreen optimally in our video "Admin training" (only available in German). Among others, the following topics will be covered:
- How to set up hiring processes?
- How to set up user groups?
- How to set up application processes?
- How to create message templates?
- GDPR settings
2.3.2 Training of the key user
The future key users of the system learn in the video "Recruiter training" (only available in German), how to master daily recruiting needs (job creation and publication, as well as candidate management) with Prescreen.
2.4 Test run & follow-up
We recommend that you try out the functions that are important for your company during the test run in order to adapt Prescreen to your internal processes in the best possible way.
In order to exchange information on the current status and to clarify any open issues, we will arrange an appointment with you for a phone call during the kick-off meeting. Main topics:
- Fine tuning
- Internal test run
- Erasing of the demo data
- Clarification of open points
2.5 Final meeting & go-live
In our final meeting, we go through our checklist — defined in the kick-off meeting — in order to close all topics or finalize open points.
Of course, we would like to continue to provide you with the best possible support when using Prescreen in the future, which is why we offer regular consultation hours for any unanswered questions you may have about our applicant management software.
