2. kununu feedbacks
How does the automatic review of assessments work when they are imported directly through Prescreen? Is this process automated?
On the last Thursday of the month, kununu receives the current export of reviews. Like all reviews submitted on kununu, these are also checked again to see whether they comply with kununu's guidelines. Only then are they imported into the respective kununu employer profile. If ratings originate from invitations from Prescreen, they are explicitly marked as such. This ensures full transparency for all parties.
Does this mean that assessments that are inappropriate, "not constructive" from an employer's point of view, no longer appear in one's own employer profile?
The general check of all reviews ensures that reviews do not include names or content that is harmful to the reputation – in accordance with the kununu review guidelines. Nevertheless, reviews can of course be critical in nature. It should be mentioned that employers can object to reviews after they have been published if they violate the guidelines. Whether this rating is taken offline will be checked by kununu afterwards.
Can feedbacks be transferred retroactively?
All existing ratings are always published every month, also retroactively.
Can feedbacks be deleted?
No, this is not possible in Prescreen, nor on kununu.
Can I exclude feedbacks from being transferred to kununu?
No, this is contrary to kununu´s terms and conditions.
What happens to feedbacks, that violate the general terms and conditions of kununu?
Feedbacks of this type (e.g. naming names, swear words) are carefully examined in the review process on the part of kununu. As a result, in exceptional cases, such feedbacks may not be approved for publication.
Can users call to reviews in Prescreen, but then specifically not enable/disable the integration to prevent negative reviews from being populated on their kununu employer profile?
All current and past reviews are automatically uploaded to kununu as soon as the integration is activated. The integration can be deactivated at any time, so that no more reviews are imported – however, this has no effect on already submitted reviews, which remain unchanged.
In addition, it is never possible to distinguish between different types of ratings, so that, for example, only positive ratings are submitted, but not negative ones. All ratings are always imported, even retroactively.
To what extent is the anonymity of feedback givers secured or compromised when employers use Prescreen to request targeted reviews?
No data will be exchanged between Prescreen and kununu about which feedback invitation and which rating belong together. The anonymity of candidates or employees is always guaranteed by kununu. Such data is never passed on to third parties.
Is there any further development in mind regarding the customizability of the feedback forms in Prescreen?
Possible further development may only affect the customized design. No customization of the content is possible, as the forms correspond to the usual standard kununu rating forms.
