Twice a week, we offer our customers a free online Q&A session with a specialist from our Customer Consulting Team: every Tuesday and Thursday between 10 and 11 AM (CET) (except Austrian bank holidays; usually held in German, but we are happy to answer your questions in English anytime).
Feel free to address any open issues and we will make sure to find a solution together! Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable tips and tricks from exchanging with other customers.
Note: For data protection purposes, we shall not access individual Prescreen accounts during Q&A sessions.
