1. Create signature
Prescreen distinguishes between a company signature and a personal signature.
The company signature is deposited by a user with admin rights when setting up Prescreen and can only be changed by this user.

Thus, go to "Settings" (1) > "Messaging" (2) > "Company Signatures" (3) to change the company signature (4).
You can change your personal signature yourself, when you have received the appropriate authorization from your admin. To do this, click on your profile icon > "My profile" > "Edit personal signature".
If you are unable to change your signature, please contact your admin.
Do you have admin rights?
To check the accesses, go to "Settings" (1) > "Access management" (2) > "Access Groups" (3), choose the appropriate group and click on "Edit" (4). As soon as you activate the option "can edit the personal signature for messages" (6) under "Messages" (5), the users of this group will be able to change their personal signature.
2. Customize signature
The menu bar lets you adjust the paragraph (1), font size (2), and font style (3) - e.g. bold or italic, among other things.
2.2. Insert content
You also have the possibility to add links, images and tables to your signature.
Place a link in your signature by clicking the appropriate icon (1). Insert the link into the "URL" field (2) and define the text to be displayed under "Text do display" (3).
Add an image to your signature using a link. To do this, click with the mouse at the place where you want to insert the image and select the icon for image editing (1). Now enter the full URL of the publicly hosted image (https://...) in the "Source" field and save the changes (3).
Please note that your image only has an online path (URL) if it has been uploaded to the internet. If you do not have a URL, we recommend that you seek the advice of your IT department.
You are also welcome to include a table in your signature (1). A wide range of formatting options is available to you.
We recommend you to use so called placeholder in your signature, so that your data, like name, contact data, position is automatically taken from your profile. If something changes later, it is enough to change the data in your profile.

3. Insert signature in messages
After you have saved your personal signature, you can insert it to your messages using the drop-down menu "Signature" (1).
