You find all your own and system messages at the candidate profile (1) > "Activities / Messages" (2).
Do you not find your own sent messages in the candidate profile? Are you missing some of your candidate“s replies?
Please select in the drop-down menu of "Active applications" the option "Show all applications" (2). Thus, all messages for this applicant will be displayed under "Activities / Messages". In case you choose a specific job instead of "All applications", some messages may disappear.
The reason: In case you send your messages directly from the candidate profile, they will be assigned to the applicant. However, if you send your e-mails from the job overview, it will be linked to the job.
